How much do I save with a subscription?
You save 25% on every subscription order of eligible products — not just your first one. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, and you'll see it on the product page before you buy.
Can I change how often my order ships?
Yes. Sign in to your Starling account and update your delivery frequency at any time. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to apply to that order.
How do I skip or cancel a shipment?
Skip, pause, or cancel from your Starling account — there is no commitment and no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, make the change at least 24 hours before that order is processed.
Will I know before I'm charged?
Yes. We email a reminder before every scheduled shipment so you have time to skip, swap, or adjust. Add hello@buystarling.com to your contacts so those reminders reach your inbox.
Can I use a promo code with Subscribe & Save?
The 25% subscription discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts unless we state otherwise.
What happens if a product price changes?
Prices may change from time to time. If the price of a product in your subscription changes, we may notify you by email before the new price applies to a future order. If you'd rather not continue at the new price, you can cancel before that order is processed.

These Terms & Conditions apply to Starling Skincare's Subscribe & Save program. By creating a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Subscribe & Save availability may be limited to eligible products, shipping locations, and products in stock.
Subscription savings
Eligible Subscribe & Save products currently receive 25% off each recurring subscription order. The applicable discount is always shown at the time of purchase.
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts unless otherwise stated.
Starling Skincare reserves the right to change subscription discounts or eligibility for future subscription orders. Any changes will apply to future orders and will not affect orders that have already been processed.
Recurring orders & payment
Your subscription products will be shipped according to the delivery frequency you select at checkout.
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize Starling Skincare to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order.
Each subscription order will be charged the applicable product price, subscription discount, taxes, and shipping charges, as applicable.
Cancellation
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription through your Starling account. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled order is processed.
Changes to your subscription
You can make changes to your subscription through your Starling account, including skipping an order, changing your delivery frequency, or adding or removing eligible products.
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
Price changes
Product prices may change from time to time. If the price of a product in your subscription changes, Starling Skincare may notify you by email before the new price applies to a future subscription order.
If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.
Termination
Starling Skincare reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a subscription, or to modify or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program, when necessary.
Changes to these terms
Starling Skincare may update these Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will apply to future subscription orders.
By continuing your subscription after any changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.
